We cover Northamptonshire, Cambridgeshire, Leicestershire and Bedfordshire with our 2 depots in Kettering and our control centre and main storage facility with large secure undercover and open-air storage which is located on Telford way Ind Est; Our Robinson Close depot is where our workshop facilities are as part of our intervention policy to save on long-distance recoveries and to get the customers back on the road again.
We also have a strong network of compliant agents providing services covering the length and breadth of the UK and Europe and are managed through our 24 hours, 7 days a week call centre. All our vehicles and control room are equipped with the latest GPS Tracking and Mobile Data Terminal Technology so the quickest resource can be dispatched to cut down our ETA times as we work hard to lower our etas and keep our fleet updated as to our image is everything.

FULLY CAPABLE TO DEAL WITH ALL ROADSIDE RECOVERIES
All our staff are fully trained up to industry standard for the vehicle they use and the incident they are dealing with and are fully equipped to deal with all roadside repairs such as flat batteries, air/electrical issues, lighting, wheel faults and much more. They are also equipped to deal with all types of suspension issues and replacements as well as fridge/freezer related breakdowns.
Our technicians are trained to deal with all types of vehicle makes and models. Our fleet of vehicles comprise of Service Vans, Spec Lifts, Transporters, Hiab’s, Slide beds and Super Low Angle Slide beds for Prestige Vehicles, Low loaders, Heavy recovery.
All our Service vans carry diagnostic equipment and a selection of spares to get our customers back on the road. We are fully accredited to ISO 9001, PAS 43 & have FORS certification, our computer system manages all our recovery and roadside jobs, and it also manages all the vehicles which are being stored. All our staff carry company ID with them and are issued with the correct PPE.
